I sell honey and hive-related products, including edible and non-edible items.
All product descriptions, images, weights, and quantities are provided in good faith. As our products are natural, variations in colour, taste, texture, and crystallisation may occur. Such variations do not constitute a fault.
I reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.
5. Prices and VAT
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
I reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms and Conditions.
A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming dispatch of your goods.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to:
* Product availability issues
* Pricing or description errors
* Suspected fraud or misuse
If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
7. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods displayed on the website.
I do not store card payment details.
8. Delivery
I deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, adverse weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
9. Consumer Rights and Cancellations
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under the **Consumer Rights Act 2015** and **Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013**.
Food Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations:
* Honey and other edible products are exempt from the right to cancel once dispatched, unless faulty or not as described.
Non-Food Products
Non-edible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
10. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs where possible.
I will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
11. Allergies and Safety Information
Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months
My products may contain or come into contact with pollen, beeswax, propolis, or other natural allergens. It is your responsibility to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
I accept no liability for allergic reactions except where required by law.
