Arthritis and honey

Suggestion for help to relieve symptoms of Arthritis
As a topical application:
Take one tablespoon of raw honey to two tablespoons of lukewarm water. Add a small teaspoon of cinnamon powder, make a paste and massage it onto the affected part of the body.
As a honey and cinnamon drink:
Take one cup of hot water with two dessertspoons of raw honey and a small teaspoon of cinnamon powder three times a day.
If you are on a calorie controlled diet honey is higher in calories than sugar so watch out !
